Inspection Required Before Business Permit Issuance

All new food carts located within Umatilla Rural Fire Protection District’s jurisdiction require a fire safety inspection before the City or County issues a business permit.

Contact Umatilla Fire early in your planning to discuss inspection requirements and coordinate the review of your unit. Completing the fire inspection does not replace other applicable permits, licenses, or approvals.
