The public may request inspection or copies of nonexempt district records under Oregon Public Records Law. Some information may be withheld or redacted when authorized or required by law.

When describing the records you seek, include helpful details such as the subject, approximate dates, meeting date, or document title.

The District will respond as soon as practicable and without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law. Acknowledging a request does not necessarily mean the records are ready for release.
