The Umatilla Rural Fire Protection District and the Umatilla Volunteer Firefighters Association would like to thank everybody that purchased a Christmas tree or otherwise made a donation to the food basket program in years past and remind people that the trees for 2010 will be on sale Friday November 26th. The Umatilla Fire District is actively seeking volunteers who are interested in becoming an Emergency Medical Technician. Courses usually start in the Fall and are demanding in nature.
